What we do
We stock one thing properly: replacement battery wands for Hunter Douglas motorized shades. Both current parts, in depth, shipped the same day — the 18V wand that most PowerView shades take, and the 12V wand for older PowerRise headrails.
That narrowness is the point. A shade that has stopped moving is an annoying problem with a cheap fix, and the hard part is not the price of the part — it is working out which part you need. So we publish the compatibility list, we tell you when the wand is not your problem, and we answer the phone.

What we are not
We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorized Hunter Douglas dealer, and we are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or sponsored by Hunter Douglas Inc. We use the Hunter Douglas name only to tell you which shades our parts fit — there is no other way to say it.
Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty may not apply to items bought from us. Our own guarantee does, and it is on the returns page.
Condition
Everything we list is genuine Hunter Douglas stock, new and unused, in its original packaging. We do not sell aftermarket copies, refurbished parts or customer returns. If we ever stock an aftermarket part, the listing will say so in the title.
If we do not have what you need
Send us a photo of the sticker on your headrail. We will tell you which part you need even when the answer is that we do not stock it — a wrong part helps nobody, and a return costs us more than the sale was worth.
