Not sure which wand you need?

Send us a photo of the sticker on your headrail, or just tell us the name of your shade line — Duette, Silhouette, Pirouette and so on — and how many batteries the old wand held. That is enough for us to tell you which part fits. We answer whether or not you buy from us.

Have your order number on hand and we will sort it out. The full return policy is on the returns page — thirty days, no restocking fee, and return shipping is your responsibility.
