Our business office is in Selbyville, Delaware. Orders ship from within the United States, and returns go to the Delaware address.
What we sell
Genuine Hunter Douglas replacement battery wands, new and unused, in their original packaging. We are an independent retailer and not an authorized Hunter Douglas dealer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or sponsored by Hunter Douglas Inc.
Hunter Douglas, PowerView, PowerRise and the shade line names used on this site are trademarks of Hunter Douglas Inc. We use them only to identify which products our parts fit.
Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty may not apply to items bought from us. Our own guarantee is on the returns page and is not affected.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout — we add nothing at the last step.
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
If we have mispriced something obviously and materially, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship at that price. We will tell you before we do it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has shipped. If an item turns out to be out of stock we will tell you and refund you in full.
Orders placed before 3pm Eastern on a business day ship the same day.
Fit and compatibility
We publish a compatibility list and we will check your shade for you if you ask. That is advice given in good faith from the information you give us — it is not a guarantee of fit. If the part does not fit, the returns policy covers you: 30 days, no restocking fee. You cover return shipping unless the error was ours.
The wands ship empty. Installing a battery backwards can blow the fuse in the end cap, and that is not a manufacturing defect. The orientation diagram is printed on the wand.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, wrong or faulty - then we do. The full terms are on the returns page and form part of these terms.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying a part that matches its description and for refunding you when it does not. We are not liable for losses beyond that — the cost of a contractor's visit, or consequential damage — except where the law does not allow that limit.
Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. That does not take away any consumer protection you have under the law of the state where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
