Which battery wand fits my shade?

Hunter Douglas fits the same two wands across its entire motorized range, so the question is only ever which of the two. Find your line below - the name is printed on the sticker inside the headrail.

The short version

Almost everything current takes the 18V wand, part 7520068000, with twelve AA batteries. The 12V wand, part 7520069000, with eight AA batteries, is for older PowerRise 1.0 headrails.

Two lines - Pirouette and Sonnette - exist with both, because they were built across the changeover. On those, count the battery bays in the old wand: twelve means 18V, eight means 12V.
