Shipping
What it costs
Free. Every order, every quantity, anywhere in the United States. No minimum, no surcharge at checkout, no handling fee. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Returns are a different matter: thirty days, no restocking fee, but return shipping is your responsibility unless the mistake was ours. See the returns page.
Where we ship
United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Our business office is in Selbyville, Delaware, and orders ship from within the United States. Returns go to the Delaware address.
How long it takes
Orders placed before 3pm Eastern on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders after that, or at a weekend, go out the next business day.

We ship USPS Ground Advantage. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather and carrier backlogs happen, and we will tell you honestly when one has.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking has not updated in three business days, contact us — sometimes a package is scanned late and sometimes it is genuinely lost, and we would rather find out early than have you waiting.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further, then send us the photos. Do not discard the packaging. We will replace it.
